Hello, and thanks for the info about public art for Stanton Heights. I may not be in attendance but ran across an article about a portion of old Stanton Heights history called “mansion of ironies from the Pgh Post Gazette, the Croghan-Schenley mansion.” & thus was stimulated to correspond. I feel inclined to express my thoughts about what public art should entail in Stanton Heights. Number one, it should relate something in memory of its past such as is contained in the attached article, something about its residential & commercial development – NO MATTER HOW MISGUIDED IT WAS ( I do wish the old mansion was still here and the pond!)! And its present struggles & goals for the future! Good luck! Louis DePellegrini

PS- if you google “Croghan- Schenley mansion, you will find a glorious amount of info about Mary Schenley and the old Stanton Heights mansion! L.D.THIS SHOULD NOT BE OVERLOOKED IN YOUR PUBLIC ART EXPRESSION!
