Clean Up Kelly Field on May 18th!

If you missed the last neighborhood clean up, you have yet another chance to participate! On May 18th, a group of community volunteers will be sprucing up the Eric Kelly Memorial Field behind Sunnyside Elementary School.

25572_414898452227_176956517227_5100545_3819329_s Residents are encouraged to help remove all invasive plants, brush, junk and debris from the field and park on Sunday, May 18th anytime between 9:00 am at 3:00 pm. If you have a truck or trailer with landscaping supplies/tools and would like to help pick up or haul away items that would be greatly appreciated!

Stanton Heights residents and lanscapers – let’s show your spirit and make it a better place for our families, friends, and children to enjoy together with a “New, Safe and Fresh Looking” field and park!

Field Dedication and Memorial this Saturday!

Please join the Stanton Heights Community this Saturday, April 17th for a Memorial Service honoring the one year anniversary of the April 4th, 2009 tragedy. The service will be followed by a dedication of the Baseball field (behind Sunnyside) in honor of Stanton Heights resident and fallen officer, Eric Kelly.
