Pittsburgh 311

We are happy to help with any non-emergency City of Pittsburgh concerns or questions. Requests can be sent anonymously if you do not require a response. Please keep in mind that the more detailed information you can provide, the better we will be able to assist.

Snow Angels

Pittsburgh Snow Angels is a program that helps minimize the hardships of winter by pairing volunteers with elderly or disabled residents to assist with snow removal.

Along with fostering stronger community relationships and relieving some of the stress that comes from a snow storm, Snow Angels makes our sidewalks safer for those who continue to serve despite the winter weather – like postal service workers, firemen, and police officers.

Nextdoor | Stanton Heights

Nextdoor is the best way to stay informed about what’s going on in your neighborhood—whether it’s finding a last-minute babysitter, planning a local event, or sharing safety tips. There are so many ways our neighbors can help us, we just need an easier way to connect with them.

Stanton Heights Deer

You either love them or hate them, but one thing is for certain – deer are an everyday presence in the Stanton Heights community. One of the biggest complaints we hear from residents is that these pesky 4-legged creatures are eating their plants!

While we may not be able to prevent them from entering your yard, we can provide suggestions for plantings they are less likely to eat. We asked residents to share their recommendations based on experience right here in the neighborhood.

Zone 5 Community Crime Update

The Zone 5 police station publishes a weekly “Community Crime Update” that allows our residents, businesses, and visitors to stay informed about the crime in their neighborhood.

The reports are published every Monday and include all violent crimes, certain thefts, crime trends, and significant arrests that occurred during the previous week.
